Services we Offer
INDIVIDUALIZED HOME SUPPORT
Individualized Home Supports are services for people who live in their own home or family home.
RESPITE CARE
Currently, we provide short-term in-home (in the home of an individual) respite care to individuals when their main care giver is away or needs a break. This may also include the use of community amenities used by the general public.
HOMEMAKER SERVICES
Homemaker services help a person manage general cleaning and household activities.
INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORTS
We offer assistance and support to older adults who need reminders, cues, intermittent/moderate supervision, or physical assistance to remain in their own homes.
COMPANION SERVICES
Companion Services comprise non-medical care, supervision and socialization provided to a person who is 18 years or older. These services help a person work toward a therapeutic or community integration goal in their support plan.
HOUSING STABILIZATION SERVICES
We help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.
